We bought our EX (no navi) last night. The cash price from the top of the buyer's order was $20,871 (vehicle plus delivery), not the best quote I had but the dealer volunteered a $750 down payment assistance if I used Honda financing. Their rate was just a fraction more than my credit union's, so being this was the only incentive I could find, it was certainly the deal maker. With this incentive that made the effective vehicle price $20,121.
Truecar.com, for my area in central FL shows $21,212. So, while its a decent benchmark, it's not the be-all, end-all in new car pricing. If you have the time

a little work will pay off.
Looking at the purchase order, the only B.S. fee they snuck by me was what they call a "Third-Party Private Tag Agency Fee" of $49.
Tax, tag, title, yadda, yadda, yadda...out the door $21, 982. A pretty solid deal if I may say so.
In addition, this particular dealer includes a free lifetime unlimited mileage powertrain warranty. Of course it's a crappy 3rd party warranty from
Fidelity Warranty Services, but it seems legit and I'm sure would have cost a few hundred dollars.
