I got the chance to go through the sc2 website and try all the codes for afr, oxygen sensor, fuel trim and the codes for the hybrid systems for prius 1-3. None of them worked, but the horse power one.
I am guessing all that info is in the metal box in the trunk and I need to read the i1 threads and how to tap in and make a meter to read it out. Maybe someone near Richmond, VA has one I could borrow or tap into the brain boxes of the i2?

I am in the process of getting a HIM/HDS to add a key to my car and boost mpg. I almost think the IMA may not be on the odb2 bus and its all self contained in the metal box in the trunk. We are thinking it butts in to the scheme of things on load of the engine, but for the most part its code is unchanged.
Just got word from Hondata that the crz programmer wont allow any modifications to the IMA system, just the ICE. He too thought the IMA was self contained.

I could of been had one of these scanners. I was lead to believe they ran 3 grand so I never investigated further.
They run about 150 bucks or so on ebay. Seems if you want to key a car you have to spend 700 bucks, but if you just want data its about the price of a sg2.
Oh the irony.... The meter to generate the codes to display the data on another meter cost the same price.

Well, I got my sg2 back from the mail and its been FLASHED and they did it for FREE.
Sadly after spending an hour in the rain with all the winders fogged up, none of the xguage codes for afr, etc and those for the 3 generations of the prius work.
