Oil & Tranny FLuid Change and the Bastards Got In The Air Filter Again
i got the tranny/cvt fluid changed, oil and filter, air filter, tire rotation done ... the car drives much better - the tranny in particular seems much more competent and smooth ... the car pulls better too ... and also, after what i thought was an aberration last year with a ball of hair and thread in my air filter box, the problem has returned ... the little fuckers - field mice? rats? small cats? rabid gerbils? - must be targeting my car for some reason - im gonna have to check the box on a monthly basis ... anyway, after 2 yrs i still love the car and love driving it ... best to all in insight land!
Please watch your language with the "F" word.
Thank you
Willie

jesus! first time back on this site in months and grandpa throws a wet towel on my head! my dean said the same thing to me when a student commented about my swearing in the classroom - i replied that it wasn't being used in the pejorative but merely to punctuate a needed point ... with that being said i would only hope that the thought police calm down

Oil & Tranny FLuid Change and the Bastards Got In The Air Filter Again
Maybe Willie wants to be a moderator?
Ill delete the second one, but the first one seems fine. He's referring to the thing messing with his air box, not another member.
Some of the gen 1 guys have mice problems with their cars and IMA system. Ive found nuts in the air box before on old cars, but not hair balls and thread or yarn.

I hear you jcbesq, some people are unbelievable. Appreciated your posts, Sir.
I don't care if he knows his stuff or he owns an I2 or if he has a problem with gray furry things but the use of the "f" word cannot be tolerated here. Our family follows the active topics and use the threads as a learning and problem solving device. Please keep it G rated. Thank you.
