I can feel for that cop. I work as a telephone banker and I get this question a lot. How can I become overdrawn. One of my co workers says she tells the cust to take out a calculator and hit - and the amount and look at the screen. I walk through the acct using math and have the customer write it out. Sorry, I can not refund your purchases to make you positive, you got to take the stuff you bought back and they will credit your account.
Cant you just credit that back? Sorry, you need to talk to the merchant or dispute it was a fradulant charge.
