Default Problem Buying a 2002 Prius (pack condition) that hasn't been driven for 120 days?

Hi,

Pack condition, buy a 2002 Prius that hasn't been driven for about four month's (the 12v is dead) from a government auction? The reason I'm asking is that I know Ron's Honda warranties require driving the car every 45 days. It has about 105k miles and the pack wasn't showing errors when it was taken out of service. What will 120 days of not driving the car (near San Francisco) do to the pack?

If I buy it should I tow it home and grid charge it?

Thanks!
