Default 7 Miles Per Hour

It seems that when the coasting (regen) from a speed greater than 7 MPH, when 7 is reached, the car will no longer be in regen mode and will go to "idle" mode (gas only). Also, I cannot engage EV at any speed below 7 MPH.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just my car?

I think that's normal.

In another thread 17 mph seemed to be a speed at which you can cruise electric for just a bit.
Takes a light foot and patience. And probably a good charge.
I made it do it twice for very short stretches.(10's of feet) But it does happen.

That seems to be my experience as well.

But at least 7 mph is where you can engage the auto-stop, and can "coast" with that going for a bit.
