Default New shipping crates

They're finally ready! No more damaged batteries. The new UPS-resistant transit cases are ready and now have custom inserts to hold an Insight battery securely.

I've tested these to protect a battery dropped from at least four feet. I did this by dropping the crate and battery onto a concrete floor onto each of the six sides and on the corners. There was no damage to the battery or to the crate. Ex-military tech is wonderful!

In the top picture there are twelve Insight crates, one Honda Accord Hybrid case and two 2006+ Honda Civic Hybrid cases. My wooden crates work perfectly for 2003-2005 Honda Civic Hybrids.

Default Hope I don't need one!

They look awesome! Looks like UPS could back one of their trucks over one!

I'll let you know. I'm sure they will. That's what they did to your battery last year.
