I would definitely love to go and meet up with you guys again. Maybe we should start a new thread to gain more interest?

I guess there is not a lot of interest in a meeting ?
I still do an informal gathering on most Saturdays if you want to drop down.

I would be interested in another hybrid meet. Hope more people respond to this thread and are willing to attend as well.

I have been in many MPG races, and find that getting lost is always an issue, you are concentrating on driving technique, so the added distraction of trying to follow written directions is a big one. Get lost once, and there goes your chances for the best score. This map is my approach to making it easier to stay on route.
Join the fun, and learn more about how hybrids work.
hopefully we can get the mpg race this time

and maybe some tips/tricks from the better drivers afterwards

i know i wanna learn how to get better mileage

That would be a lot of fun, but it is getting late in the year. Maybe we could plan for something in the spring?

I'd like to attend something like this! (I just joined the forum today). It would be nice to learn more about my 2000 Insight, as I want to keep it going for a long, long time (I'm visualizing it in an antique car show in 2054!).

Once a year or so.

Historically , the trick as been availability ... meaning ... organizing a time and place that works for those people interested in coming ... I'd recommend aiming for late enough to have a good chance of nice weather.

Feel free to start the ball rolling if you like.

I'm in Providence RI ... Saturdays are usually the only day I have a chance to juggle an opening in my schedule.

I'd love to come up with enough advance notice. I'd likely be living in Oregon, but I'm up for a cross country trip. Let's start planning!

Instead of Hybridfest.Lets all go to Mikies.! It would be more fun.
Hybridfest is too commercial hype.
Plus they charge you 90 bucks to drive from the west coast.
