If it turns out that a meet can be in NY or NJ, I could give that serious consideration. I would give serious consideration to any gathering that is planed, now that I think about it. I have a friend in PA who i could stay with and break up the trip. One of the considerations for me these days is the other drivers on the road. I don't want to be a statistic. Actually I drove to CT for a wedding some years back, with my former car, a Mitsubishi Montero.

there have been a few people post interest... no one has yet been motivated enough to be the organizer.

You are welcome Shamai to do the honors.

I have not been having workshops or gatherings here because of the amount of work I have to do to bring the next version of MIMA into fruition.
It is moving along smoothly, but is a slow process.
I would be up to hosting a weekend gathering here, and have indicated that, but no one seemed to be interested.
A weekend workshop would also be possible, as I have to pull the engine tranny, IMA out of the green Insight.

We are considering the 15-16-17 of August for a hybrid car class, so I don't want to make any plans for that weekend.
I may be at the tolland county fair on the 9th of Aug, but could pass if we wanted to do something then.
MIMA production will be getting hot and heavy in August/September, so it would be better for me to do it sooner.
A sunny day would be fun so we could have a green cookout:

unfortunately my schedule is too chaotic any more for me to be able to 100% say any particular day... but Saturdays are generally better than Sundays, and I only have any chance of being able to make it on the weekends Saturday and Sunday... So whenever is best for other people I will try to conform my schedule to.

I might bring a few things for people to look at ... nothing earth shattering just some stuff.
