Well, I suppose we could always just park at Zips rather than across the street, and just head inside? I know that this event has been posted elsewhere, so it might be difficult to get the new information out in time.

What do you guys think? Personally, either day works for me.

As for us, my GF put in for a day and a half off (fri & sat) and I moved around my schedule to put us there on Saturday. Sunday will be impossible for us as it puts us back Monday night (2600 miles round trip). If there is even any doubt about this, I need to know now. It took alot of planning to make this work but I am the more extreme and decidions can't be based on me.

Rain doesn't mean a thing to me as it rains here like clockwork on a daily basis in the summer.

I had really hoped that this wasn't going to be like our TeamSolFl forum meets. Hundreds of members, many of them in the Tampa area and we could never seem to nail down a date, and when two dates finially were set, only four showed both times. I was one of those four both times. But more than 75,000 showed to the Tampa U2 concert breaking even the superbowl attendance record. Funny...

I don't mean to rant, I just really love the meets and the Homecomming was great along with the 6k mile journey. It was awesome putting a face to the names and talking everything Insight. I love to see other people with the same passions. It's this reason I was willing to drive such a long distance for a "New England Meet" when I am most definatly not in New England.

We had a great turnout today for the first NE Meet in a year I think someone said. I was a new face and everyone was great. I wasn't really sure what to expect but everyone was great. We had a wide range of people show, a few EV's, Prius's and even a non hybrid. Thank you. I hope that everyone made it home OK those close and far away. I am going to try and post a few pics today. Nothing spectacular. Once again thank you everyone, hope to see some of you again. Garry

It was a nice get together. And as it turned out we had a very nice break in the weather just before and during the entire get together.

Although not everyone was there at once. I counted 18 people showed.

It was also funny because while we had all of our cars in the parking lot... some of us noticed 4 or 5 other HEVs drive past the road just as part of the general population.

next time we pull together maybe I will bring a few toys for show and tell to those who might be interested.
