Default Ohio Insight Owners Get-Together

Trying to gauge interest in a get-together of Insight owners in Ohio. I'm near Cleveland, but we could pick a location that's central for the majority of folks who might be able to attend. I was thinking of a simple couple of hours deal maybe around a lunch on a Saturday. What say you Ohio Insighters?

I'm still waiting on my I2. The dealer says it should be in any time Once I get it I'm planning on doing a vacation of 'day' trips to go and take photos around the state. I'm thinking about an Insight Photo essay book (personal use) and would love to get some shots of other peoples cars, some 1st gens would be great too. Flickr is associated with a company called Blurb that prints hard and soft cover books in REALLY short runs (even 1).

In short, if the wait for my I2 doesn't kill me, it sounds like an interesting idea.

Hi there, Jim. Well, two's company and three's a crowd! Happy to hook up if you do your trip. I have a Gen1 Insight.

I just got a call this morning from the dealer with the VIN number. My White EX/Navi with Dark Blue interior should be here in about a week. It is going to be a long week.

Hello, another Ohio I2 owner here. Would love to do a meetup sometime. I'll keep an eye on this thread.

Looks like we're flung across Ohio guys. Probably not try to do something until after the holidays at the earliest I figure.

Yeah, I was just googling around the street photography of Lebanon to see if I could see a silver Insight For as rare as the first gen are, it would be interesting to know where all of the Insights are in Ohio. I have yet to see another one around me, they didn't even have on the lot last time I was past. I know they've sold at least 6 but I can't find them. Maybe by spring there will be a few more owners around. I wonder if the BMV would even tell someone how many were registered?

Actually, my '03 CVT was crunched on Thursday. I do, however, have a red '06 CVT now.
