It was originally called Hybrid Fest but then was renamed to Green Drive Expo when exhibits of electric, CNG, propane, and other non-hybrid forms of alternative energy and technology started to appear. So basically its because the name was a little narrow to what is there. I still see it as Hybrid Fest because I still don't like the term 'Green' being used as it doesn't describe my own decision to use a car that gets better MPG and cheaper overall cost than other available cars.
I think the rule that we had to be within 1 car length or closer was difficult traveling at 5mph so I'm hoping nobody broke that rule or that if we did that they are lenient about it.
It was a pain in the b*tt because we were traveling slightly slower than idle speed in 1st, so I was riding the clutch most of the way and speeding up/slowing down the whole way.

IIRC, in the parking lot before the parade, there were 3 in a row in 1 line (including MNDriver's), mine and a couple more scattered about. I got there a little late so didn't get to look around a lot. Maybe MND or Ron will have a better count.
In the parking lot later, I counted 14 Insights (8 red, 5 silver, my green one and no blue), two 2006+ Civic hybrids and two 2010+ Insights.
Some people may have already left by then.
Here are some photos from before the parade.
That row contains 4 red and 2 silver. There's another against the back wall to the right and my green one is behind the red ones next to the Highlander Hybrid.
I see a red and a silver in this photo.

Will hybrid battery repair be there next year? I missed the speaking session by HBR.
Sure convinced my wife about the better battery upgrade though.
Yes we will be at the next one.
You didn't miss all that much. We put a battery into a Civic Hybrid on stage. Afterward, I got 76mpg on the highway test drive.
I've been letting people in the industry drive my car with its' BetterBattery in order to show them the difference. Flamboyant_Seller took it for a spin and was wowed. He said it "drove like a Prius" in that leaving it in 5th gear made it seem like an automatic due to the torque.
