I think all my wife's college friends MUST be married by now?
They're invited too!

Same here. I met JimE last week at a star bucks and got to see his shinny "new" cirtus smoothie insight. Its the neon lime green that Dodge used for their new Neon back in the day. Except he has satellite radio and a big honking amp under the passenger seat.

Ok folks, I think I am going to take action just so we have some certainty of a date an venue. Come midnight, 31 December, I'm going to go into the MD state park reservation system and reserve the shelter that we used last year. I'll pick May 18th, a Saturday. It was only a bit over $41 and seemed a nice place to me. (This time we bring enough tarps to cover the open side!) We'll work on the format later. Last chance to comment on time and place!
My feeling is that we should also make it inclusive of Gen2 folks also. Many of their issues, particularly battery issues, are very similar to the Gen1 issues. They ain't bad folks and some are even my friends
Did you want to start a new thread for the 2013 meetup and lock this one?

Well, the course is reusable since everyone got lost anyway As you say, it is laid out already, so it is a doable.
How about this approach? 1. A May social morning in the park, lunch cookout, an afternoon Rally/MPG course, perhaps followed by a late afternoon/evening meeting for those who still have some energy left. 2. A tech session later in the summer where we can install some grid charging harnesses, do some troubleshooting, and go over the current charger/discharge state-of-the-art.

The MMMAIM is on!
Jim,
We chatted briefly last year about the MMMAIM and my schedule didn't pan out.
May 18 is good for me. I'm interested in attending, and willing to contribute toward cost, & perhaps bring something for the grill. (I work with part-time farmers, meat is 'a-plenty')
Particularly interested in tech info since I'm still a rookie and all ears about these cars. Willing to make a go of the rally course too.
Got my calendar marked.
..Bob
