Default 2004 Insight Arrives at Dealerships

We've been receiving many inquiries about when the 2004 Insight would be available at dealerships so here's a cross-post from our news page:

Nov. 9, 2003 - The 2004 Honda Insight is set to arrive at US dealerships this week and this year's model has once again topped the fuel economy charts, earning the highest efficiency rating from the EPA for the fifth consecutive year. "We're thrilled to hold the title of America's most fuel efficient vehicle for the fifth straight year," said Gunnar Lindstrom, senior manager of American Honda's Alternative Fuel Vehicle Programs. Honda is the only manufacturer to offer two U.S. hybrid models and leads the industry in hybrid sales for 2003. To find a dealer or to view the 2004 Insight specifications, visit Honda.com.

Benjamin, did you notice that the Honda website now lists the "Silverstone Metallic" color for 2004?

Hey Tim,
I hadn't noticed this! Although officially switched to Sebring Silver for the last couple of years, every single silver 2002 and 2003 I've seen has the Silverstone color code... This seems to confirm either the 2 colors are the same or the switch was never really made.
Interesting... Thanks for pointing that out.
