New Civic Hatch

This is interesting. The new Civic hatch is up on the Honda UK website. Under the 'Power' section it lists new IMA alongside the 1.4, 1.8 and CDTi.

I was under the impression that in the UK we'd get the US three box Civic IMA again. Anybody know if we'll have a hybrid hatch?

Nope, we will get a four door saloon (as yet unveiled) for the IMA version. See link for a reasonably comprehensive preview:

I like the new hatch and it now looks as though I have three choices next year - Civic hatch diesel (55MPG & good performance) OR Civic IMA (if not too ugly) OR IMAS/Insight 2 (preferred choice if they produce it).
