- 2000 insight. I'm running the PetroSavers Engine Oil Refiner which removes soot, acids, water and unburnt fuel from the oil(See PetroSavers Engine Oil Refiner) I also add the AquaTune Hydrogen Fuel System with 4 generators(Each Generator Producing 2.5 Liters Of Hydrogen Per Minute at 1.5amps each).This system does not use Traditional Electrolysis. Rather uses Resonance(Google search- Resonance Frequencies Of Covalent Bonds)and Frequency to break the covalent bond of the water molecule.
