Default How do I change my Temperatures to Display Celsius?

Hi there everyone. I am trying to find out if it is possible to change the Temperatures in the MID and the Climate Control in my I2 to display Celsius in stead of Fahrenheit. It would seem to me that this should be possible. I have tried to talk to several technicians at the Johnson City Honda dealership and they don't seem to know what I am talking about or don't care to research this issue.

I have called a couple of Canadian dealerships and I get the same response. Has anyone been able to make the change? If so HOW? Before anyone criticises me as to why I want to change it to metric, it is what I prefer. Since the speed and everything else can be changed with the push of a button then the Temperatures should change right along.

Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Bruce

it's in the mid menu options I think. The manual should have it. or is that just to change from KM to Miles?

It just changes the Miles to kilometres. You can select it to display kilometres by default or Miles by default when the ignition is on or you can select Automatic. But it still doesn't change the Temperature or Climate control displays.

Well, that does suck - seems pretty stupid to not link all of them together.

I would love to try and reprogram it for Celsius as well, and have the ability to switch it back to Fahrenheit whenever I want. Anyone know of a way? Any new information since this was first posted?

I just played with this setting, it still doesn't resolve the issue of converting the reading to C from F, or vice versa... Just an adjustment if it reads the wrong temp.

are you trying to adjust the temp read out on the climate control? if so i dont believe you can without a dealership computer.

Yea, I was looking for an entire switch to C for the temp readout on the LCD plus the climate control inside, but also an easy way to switch back... Guess there is no way.
