I'm assuming you mean $300, not $3,000 - while I haven't had that particular service, I wouldn't think $300 would be too far off.
Check your manual, Pg. 346, for exactly what the A123 service does, but I would think the engine and CVT oil alone could cost over $100 depending on how much they use and what they charge. That's without any other parts (e.g. oil and air filters) or labor.
If that's the case, you could probably save yourself some money and buy the fluid cheaper online and bring it to them - but you might want to ask them if that's ok first.
Just speculating here. If someone has already had that service and can correct me...by all means...
