They are nice. I do some rural driving with heavy fog. I have mines switched out to 3000k amber colored hids on a relay to themselves. I can power those and have the head lights off. They fill in the gap nicely once aimed from the front and side front of the car and low beams. In many cases if I experience high traffic from hunting seasons or detours I will run those with my lows to watch out for the 4 legged critters vs cycling my high beams off and on.

Thanks. I had them dealer installed. They would have 'way' more work that what I'd feel comfortable doing myself. Cobb did his own I believe. From his photos, he has seen as much of the 'underside' of the I2 as someone in the factory 20 years ago I might have done more myself, but not today. I had my work cut out for me just replacing the speakers and adding a sub.

Id say the fogs were way easier than any stereo upgrade.

Just remove the front bumper, cut the holes for the fog lights, then run the wires.

Default Bulb types in Fogs

I had the Dealer install the Fog Lights before delivery when I got mine, and would like to replace the Fogs with LED Bulbs. I got my other LEDs from LED Lights & Accessories - SUPER BRIGHT LEDS and they don't list those. I can just try and match them after I remove the existing bulbs, and seeing what they look like. But I want to ensure I keep the nice light pattern spread. I also drive entirely rural to work and need to watch out for those critters
Thanks.

Some 35watt HID's with yellow caps on the bulbs would be pretty badass for the fogs. Functional & awesome wrapped into one.

Welcome aboard. The reason you can not find the bulb in led at a trustable vendor is that its not bright enough. You can find some on ebay and some that are different colors for show, but they dont compare to hid or even none halogen bulbs.
