Default Sun Visors -- Too small and badly positioned. Extenders? Alternatives?

What are your thoughts?

It is especially bad and ineffective when unlatched and swung to the side. The position of the hinge has made the sun visor pretty much useless when trying to block the sun from the side.

I've already got 20% tint on all windows but the sun still bothers my sensitive skin. Are there any aftermarket sun visor/extenders that I can either apply on or replace the factory one?

Amazon.com: EXTEND-A-VISOR-THE SUPER SUN BLOCKER! (2 PACK): Electronics

I bought these and installed them shortly after I got the car. I ended up removing the shaded piece that pulls down but the piece that slides left and right works well.

Amazon.com: 1 Pair Gray 5 X 12 Visormates Sun Visor Extenders: Automotive

Check out the visormates. On their website www.visormates.com they've got different colors. Pretty simple with a wide elastic band and you can block the sun any which way. I think I got them for a bit less by buying from their site. I love mine!
