Default Radio antenna adapter, does it exist!?

It's been a year since I swapped out my stock head unit, and I still can't find an adapter for the radio antenna. I've considered chopping the stock plug, and rigging something, but I like to keep the cutting of wires to a minimum. Any one know of a solution?

They dragged their feet about it when the car came out. Many of us did without it using a windshield or under dash antenna. I got the windshield one still. Hadnt got around to popping it out and hooking the correct one up. Also got a jvc digital radio add on.

Default attenna adapter

Hi Cobb,
I click on the ebay link above and purchased the adapter....but it does not seem to fit to my factory connector I also purchased the Metra Turbowire harness 70-1729 but it does not fit with my factory radio connector either? Help!!! what is wrong? I have a 2011...I assumed the 2010 and 2011 have the same connectors?
Esp. with the Metra wiring harness...I double checked it with Crutchfield and they said it's the right one for my car but when I got it and try to plug it in the factory connector but it just doesn't go in????

We need photos....

Where are you? The over seas models may use different connectors.

If the connector is square vs round in the rectangle outer connector than its the Fit one.

Here are the photos.
I double check with the guys at Crutchfield and they said it's the Metra 70-1729...but it did not fit. I tried the 70-1720 as some suggested..didn't work either. After a careful visual examination and some research..I think the Metra 70-1722 might fit?
I found that the Metra 40-HD30 Antenna Adapter(for Honda 2005 and up) fit my radio antenna connector but still no luck with the main connector. I'm thinking since my Insight is a base model..it might have different radio head unit as in the LX and EX models? Also mine only have two front speakers..I plan to install two more in the rear but wondering if the car already have speaker wires run to the back? anyone?
Oh..and I'm in California, USA

Default Powered antenna and wiring

40-HD11 comes with splitter for signal and power, if you do not connect the power connection for the antenna, but you will not get ANY reception without connecting it.

The Blue wire from the antenna harness should be connected to the remote turn on/power antenna/amp turn on lead of the new head unit, it will sufficiently power the antenna booster; IF you don't have one of these connections splice into the 12 volt switch on the ignition not the 12 volt constant/memory.
