K&N for the engine air filter because it is proven to be the best. Engine air filters are important not only for performance but for protection of the engine, it's componenets, and even the oil.

I'm using TYC cabin air filters. I don't know of any research but their packaging has impressive claims on it. I got them on eBay.

I want a CAI if its offered. This car seems to like cold air and keep the water under 180 degrees for most economy.

I had to replace the air filter and decided for the time Id get kn since it was the only afternarket one available and I drive 500-1000 miles a week.

I think AEM offers a free-er flowing one, but kn has the experience and reputation.

Thats for the engine. Id buy a cabin one if they offered it. I went to auto zone and got the one almost the same size as the oem. It was less than 20 bucks.
