Anything is possible, what are you trying to do? A lot of the parts are a direct fit, just because you can doesnt mean it may improve your performance. A few people can agree the sway bar is a direct swap. Ive been tempted to try the coil overs, but they will need some adjustment to make up for the weight bias.
The Insight is a few hundred pounds heavier and balanced differently than the fit. Are you getting a deal, you want more of a drop? Are they from an 09?

Id suggest coil overs. Those you can adjust the rear to make up for the weight difference. Nothings more fun than to drag the tow hook thingie on the ground...Good thing the muffler is tucked up under the bumper.
