Default Car update Mugen Body Kit

My car was rear ended about a 4 weeks ago. So I thought it was a great time to get the Mugen Body Kit. I added the Front Under Spoiler, Side Spoilers and Rear Under Spoiler to the Grill and Ventilated Visors I had on the car. I have the wing and sports silencer exhaust in the works. Also plan on adding 15" Black Enkei RPF1 wheels with some Michelin MichelinHydroEdge with Green X tires in the next week or so. Still on my quest for a carbon fiber hood but no luck as of now.

thanks for the info... I was actually just thinking about getting the side skirts, do you know how they attached to the car? Is it a do it yourself job?

Mugen will give you all the parts to put the side skirts on. You could do it yourself, but I did not want to do it myself. Thought it was best to have someone with experience put it on. The car needed body work from the rear ending and I wanted a full detail before the kit went on. The fit of the body kit is just over the top! Exceeds OEM specs.

Hard to say on the mpgs. It's a bad time of year to get a good read. But it has helped on the highway when the wind is blowing. It doesn't push the car around as much.

Most of the damage was cosmetic. Im a sucker for detail. So it had to look better than new.

Wow, your car looks great !

Comment: Your gonna love the MichelinHydroEdge with Green X tires.
I have them on my Insight II and I cant get over that a tire company made
a High Performance tire that also works great in the rain and increased my milage !!

Question: Did the body repair shop have to cut the rear bumber to attach the rear under spoiler ?

Thanks for the tip on the MichelinHydroEdge tires!

I dont think they had to cut the rear bumper. They did have to remove the stock rear under spoiler, to fit the Mugen bumper.

Ski nice kit,

I have mine on as well, though I opted to leave off the grill because I like the stock grill better. I'll post some picks when i get a chance
