Your camber is not going to change enough to worry with a one inch drop.
I would take it to the alignment shop and have them check the toe since most cars have some bump steer as the suspension departs from normal ride height. On the gen one and two Insights the front suspension is McPerson= very little camber change with ride height change.
The rear is twist beam and it has no camber or toe change with ride height change.
Cars with double wishbone suspensions such as Miatas or second generation CRX are very sensitive to ride height= big camber change.
cheesie, you should ask these stores these questions.
Long story short, camber means you are wearing the side of your tire vs middle. I am running -2 degrees and my tires wear evenly. I also rotate my tires.
The rear of your car will likely never have a camber issue unless you wreck it or curb the rear some how. So, by putting tires on the rear they get evened out again from the front.
As far as tread being worn evenly down the middle I have seen that when tires are inflate to like 80psi. Lowring the psi will fix the issue.

well at least the guy at the shop said one thing true: only the front tires can get aligned
everything else he said i think he lied
everywhere i go i feel like i get lied at and i cant really argue cause i know nothing bout my car
but in bout a month ill start going to college again and ill be taking an auto course
im tired of mechanics stealing from people like me
Yeah, they will do that. Best to get a quote and get a second opinion, ask a friend or post here.
I like the guy who tried to sell me nitrogen for my tires. I told him I rather have hellium so they would be lighter weight. He argue the point. So, I asked if my mpg didnt change, could I get a refund and he could take his air back, I would use regular air from the atmoshere.
He said no.
