No, a tuner for our cars wont do that. Maybe if you had a 7.4 liter v8 or v 10  .
Many times the advertisements arent updated to reflect the vehicle they will fit. Basically it has a preset "tune" to change the fuel or smoke map. It will likely lower your fuel economy, but give better performance. It would do better with an axle back and cai too, even better with a cat back. 
I had considered this and found the preset tune may not meet your driving style and if you are anal or OCD you are better off to go to a performance shop, tellem what you want and let them remap your injectors. Somecases you may need larger injectors or even a high volume fuel pump. 
I spent my money on a phev kit and love it. Others have considered a turbo, which still would benefit from a tune too.
