Default MIMA on a CVT

Hi Mike,
I've not trawled through all the MIMA posts but those I've scanned seem to refer to manual cars.
Has the system been fitted to any CVT's as I'm considering it as a mod for our rally car. My need would be for a fairly crude full assist under power and full regen under braking.
cheers,
Paul

Paul
This question has been asked several times, the answer is yes it works, and yes JoeCVT has built a MIMA_L (old bare bones logic version), and installed it on his CVT. He even fitted a foot pedal for the assist, and put it where the clutch goes in the standard.
As of now, there are no MIMA_C in CVT insights.

Hi Paul and please don't take offense but I am locking this thread. If you had scanned the first page of the "MIMA" thread and the last post on that page of the you'd have seen my consolidation post:

Please understand that any further suggestions for design changes will not be honored since the process is too far along. However, since its *opertation* can be easily modded in software such limited opinions will be welcome.

A few of the old threads that will most likely answer all your questions are here:

The developers site is here:

Its a complex topic and modification. And one that should be carefully reviewed if your deciding on purchase. The purchase thread is here:

Buy / Sell, "MIMA PRICE finally"
(Because of the "Drive by Spammer" security of that forum you'll have to navagate there maually, sorry for the inconvenience).

The subject is still open for discussion at the developers selected thread for consolidation:

Locking other threads. Future MIMA threads will be locked and follow-up's directed here. Mike, if your going to manage this you'd better begin to bookmark some of the FAQ type posts as they progress.

Sincerely,

MIMA discussions got too fragmented for those interested to follow. And since your question has been answered by the "source" himself please follow-up in the MIMA thread if you have any other MIMA questions.

Thanks for your understanding

Sincerely,
