I have bitten the bullet, and ordered a Honda Insight 2000-2005 Workshop Manual and the additional Electrical manual. Should get it in about 10days. I also have a Honda Workshop CD parts directory.

I intend doing some more minor mpg enhancing mods and this information should be very interesting.
