Service life of shocks and struts

I was just wondering; what is the service life of the Insights shocks and struts?

After driving, mostly at or over gross vehicle weight, on overinflated tires, and on city streets, my car is acting a little squirly.

There is no abnormal wear on the tires but I'm thinking I may bite the bullet and spend over $700 for parts and replace them all myself.

Has anyone done this yet?
At what mileage and cost?

I don't know Kevin.

But I do know a fellow Insighter here in east TN that has a leaking rear "shock". He just ordered the pair. If my information is correct your outta luck now There was only one complete "set" (4, 2 front 2 rear) in stock on this side of the pond.

Better get yours ordered now if their really needed, they'll have to be manufactured and it might be a few weeks delay.
