Has anyone thought of or tried any of the following subs as an option?

They are all powered and the first one listed can fit under the seat of an S2000. (I wonder if the seat clearance is similar)

JVC CS-BB2

Blaupunkt TH200A

Kenwood KSC-SW1

Pricing seems to be in the not so bad range too.

thanks

Take a look at the Honda Powered sub, it was optional on the Odessey mini van. I have one in my Type R and it fits under the seat and works very well. They run about $175 and hook upto the high output one any radio.

Here is what I did.

I already had the box with subs, and the amp fits nicely under the passenger seat. I do use a cinch strap to hold it in place, but will most likely setup some kind of quick release for quicker access to the storage area and tire.

I heard the Kenwood at a local shop - It's great for my needs. I'm not trying to blow the spats off the car, so I'm going that route. btw retail was 250.00. - found the Kenwood on Ebay for a little over 150.00 not too painful a price.

I'll be putting a new Alpine Ipod only head unit in the car, Eclipse speakers (great recomendation here at Insight Central) and will post the finished results later if any one has interest.
Enjoy the weekend
