Rear Facia Removal - Need Help

Anyone ever remove the rear facia/bumper? I bought a car and the body shop never replaced the rear aluminum impact cross member after an accident repair. They just put in a lot of impact foam. Cheap bastards. I bought a cross member and now need to remove the rear facia to install it.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Remove the tail lights and remove the fender skirts and you will have access to everything you need.
