Default passenger mirror blocking plate?

I have actually never used a passenger side mirror, would not mind additional aero, and live where people are either incompetent or inconsiderate, so I would like to remove the passenger side mirror. Does anyone know whether there is a blocking plate available?

I will be removing the front emblem, rear wiper, and passenger side mirror soon!

Would that cause any problems with vehicle safety inspections in NY? Here in Texas, the removal of a standard-equipment OEM safety component would ruin any chance of your getting a safety sticker once a year...

12" x 12" carbon fiber plate just for the application you are asking about:

Guillermo, Thanks for the link, but I was hoping for something I won't need to cut. I would like to ideally be able to pop it out, and shove the mirror back on if need be.
