Default Will it Melt?

Place your bets gang. The goal was to keep as much of Northeast Ohio's winter out of the engine bay.

Craft Foam! I did insulate under it with aluminum though...actually the heavy duty foil stuff that does not melt on my grill when I have that
monster turned way up. It's only baely warm to the touch.

So far so good..It is a complete radiator block (I did the lower area of the car as well). The coolant temp is staying right around 202, of course by adjusting
the amount of heat coming into the cabin...and the car warms up fast.
As we know this is not a good idea unless you live where it gets pretty darn cold during the winter months!

Reads like a perfectly optimized radiator block for your current conditions.

Just beware changing conditions
