there are some adaptors that "intercept" the cd changer audio line and let you use an external audio source. im not sure if their available for honda, but its a possibility.
i havent figured out who manufactured the honda radio yet, but allot of times if you can nail down the manufacturer, you can find a compatibility list with other stereos and maybe find one that has an aux input.
but really, for all the trouble it may be cheaper and easier to find a $150 new cd player with an aux and usb input , and rip all the cd to a flash drive...
after a 3000 mile trip we still have songs we didnt listen too on ours that was hooked up to my truck radio, amazing stuff...
