***Does the Insight Gas Cap Have a Leash???

Hi all, I bought my Insight used and was wondering if the gas cap is supposed to have a leash? I imagine a small piece of plastic that allows removal of the cap, but keeps it tethered close by when filling up?

Mine currently doesn't, but looks as though it may have used to?

mine never did also, I dont think they came with the leash.

Thanks. I wasn't sure, I notice a thing on the bottom of the gas door that looks like it could be the anchor to the leash?
