Aisbell: I live in Waikele. I'm kinda in the middle of the Islands Freeways. I drive on the freeway 2 to 3 times a week to go to town (One way trip is 20 mins on the H-1), and 2-3 times to Schofield Barracks Gym (10 minutes H-2). At least once a week I go to Maili which is a 30 minute drive (West on H-1). I guess yeah, compared to most people in the mainland It's not much freeway driving, which is why i just wanna try to install a small panel.

Eli: I really don't know how many Insights there are on Oahu. I bought mine Oct 2010, and since then I've seen less than a dozen.

My car did not have any panels beyond the end of the passenger under-body panel. The drivers side panel was missing, and it was a real bear to change oil, since the original aluminum panel had to come off.

The first time I did that at 20F outside, I decided right then and there to fix it when the weather got warm, and thus the new under side panels were born.

There is a small opening for rotating the Fumoto oil drain valve, so now it's real easy to change oil. The filter is behind a 6 x 8 inch panel that's held by two screws.

Jim.
