i got tired of looking at the carputer sitting on the workbench, so i installed it in the insight . its not a permanent install, but at least itll do its job instead of sitting around.
Its an atom based 1.8ghz, with an 80 gig sata hard drive , loaded with win xp pro, delorme street atlas navigation, a pinnicle hd tv usb tuner (marginal product ) wifi, Ride runner front end, and some other stuff...
all mounted behind the passenger seat for now...

Audio is piped through old clarion head unit via cenet adapter module (there's a post on here somewhere about that one.) And it sounds very good!
The nav answers voice commands, sometimes...
