Tail light wire color & function needed

Can anyone with the factory manual tell me the color & functions of the wires going to the stop and turn signal bulbs? I'm thinking of adding some LED brake/turn/tail lights and need to know the correct wires to splice into.

First, why would you need to tap into the wires? They make direct bulb replacments. Either way, if you remove the rear lenses to to change the bulbs, you can't possibly miss what wire goes to what bulb (had the whole thing apart today to install hazard strobes).

No, I'm not changing bulbs, I'm ADDING LED tail/stop/turn lights. The additional, complete units will go in the glass part of the hatch under the rear window. I need the wire color information to tap the wires. There are 3 to each bulb. Need to know the functions.

Damn. I was going to take pics but I thought there wasn't any real need as it was a simple mod. On a good note, only three screws prevent you from discovering what does what.

how was it, im planning on installing a tail light assembly i bought online, im not sure if it has a diagram with it.
