Thumbs down Left headlight low beam...why???

This is the third time in two years that I have replaced the left headlight bulb because the low beam filament has burned out.

WHY????? What is unique about low beam left side????

Which light bulb brand are you using? I stopped using Sylvania's with my experience of then burning out at a rate higher than a pair per year. Put on GE Nighthawks and not one has burned out since and they were brighter to begin with than even a new Sylvania..

The first was China made cheap blue bulbs from EBay, second was Sylvania, Third was Wagner.

BUT...all were low beam left side????? I am thinking about a surge resistor in that ONE lead.

Besides the brighter the bulb rating the shorter the life it sounds like bad/interrupted connection. Not an easy thing to find. Try unplugging any connections you find leading to the bulb and see if they look corroded.

All connections look fine. All have corrosion preventing grease in them.
