Vent Shades/Side Window Vents from an Accord?

OK, I know there have ben a few people on here modify a few different types of vent shades to work on the Insight, And the few I saw look very nice(the Toyota Celica in chanel style) but they were a little small and don't look like they would offer alot of vent, But I'm looking for a set to go on the outside of my window for more airflow. I have done alot of searches on here and can't find very much, but my main question is I'm pretty sure I read one time that someone used some from a Honda Accord? So my question is what years come kinda close? I made a template and went car lot searching and found 2 different 2 door Accords 98-02(I think) and these were NOT very close, but I found an 07, so 03-07? And these were KINDA close.

So has anybody put Accord or any other vehicles ventshades on that attatch to the outside?

Thanks Varak, I saw that post, but I thought he said he used something else, anyway, I found a good deal on some on feebay so once they get here I will post some pics and how I think they fit.
