Default Idea for tie rods

I was looking at mine today.. they look funky..
I"m always looking for ways to use after market parts on my Insight..

The insights tierods are kinda long.. so the ep3 ones wouldn't reach because they are shorties.. how ever.. would these fit???

Ksport
Ksport - Tie Rod Ends - Honda Civic EP3 02-05

They are longer than the stock ep3 ones (for increased steering angel).. but look to be a little bit shorter than the insights..

Any thoughts??

Thanks!

If it works why change it? Haven't heard of any problems with the std. setup. Even the ones used in Autocross are std.

well id like to eventually run some ep3 coilovers..
It would simply be an upgrade. + same price as the stockers from Majestic Honda, after handling and shipping.

I understand it would make sense getting the stock ones, but I like to mod!!

I don't see any way in which this would be an upgrade. It might screw up the alignment real good and add weight to the car, though.
