Default Buttons & Switches for the dash blanks in US Insight

I wanted to get rid of the blanks in the dash and have buttons in there for something but I wanted them to look stock. So I had some imported. I dont know what I will use them for yet but I will find something eventually. I think I will be ordering another fog button to fill up that extra space.

If you want to get these buttons you can go here Sigma Automotive – Accessories that make your car go cleaner, meaner & greener Contact them and they will give you a price quote.

Here are the part numbers.

Push button for fog lights.
35170-S3Y-E01

4 position switch for head light level adjustment.
35820-S10-E03

My buttons look stock... for a boat. And I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Left to right: fuel injectors, clutch switch, DC/DC disable, MIMA.

I could imagine using the 0-3 switch for FE equipment. Maybe 0 is stock, stage 1 is clutch switch, stage 2 is MIMA, stage 3 also kills the fuel injectors, which isn't very useful, but it's a good anti-theft feature to have.

What is head light level adjustment? Brightness or the angle that it hits the road? Does the switch have a detent at each position? EDIT: It looks from the switch icon that it actually changes the angle. Great idea!

I sure like the looks of those factory switches. Next time I'm at the salvage yard I'll look to see if any other Honda etc, might have a switch to match the openings. Even the hazard lights button in my Accord looks like it might fit. Hmmm.

The left one is MIMA on/off, the right one is TPS mod disable and the black thing is part of the alarm system that was placed there to cover a hole in the panel.
