Can anyone please help me finding an 'air valve'?

Can anyone please help me finding an 'air valve'? I've a hot air mod with a 2'' flexible aluminium hose. I want to mount a 'T'-valve in the hose to get cold air when I have to climb prolonged steep hills where the intake air gets hot when it shouldn't.

An exhaust cut out may be more expensive or heavier than you are looking for but comes with an actuating cable:

Now if I could just find something so easy for a grill block control!

Yes, that's the way it could work. Maybe it can be found in the fireplace or cooker hood ventilator industry. But I only found larger diameters than 2''. If it had an integrated electric motor it would be perfect.
