Door rubbers

has anyone had to replace their door rubbers yet. is it hard?

If by rubber you mean the weather seal, it's not all that difficult. There are different ways of going about it. I haven't checked if these are the ones with the clips or if it's just glued on. Eitherway, it's not too bad, there are several guides online.

My new seals fitted now. These are glued on. One tip... fit the seal first before removing the adhesive backing. The plastic covering the adhesive is strong enough to pull out of the seal once it is in situ.
The doors are closing now with a nice thud and need a firm slam since the car is now more air tight. Also road noise is much reduced.
