I have a very slight rattle occasionally. I'm considering bending the sheet slightly to eliminate the sound but I had some issues getting all the holes lined up and I am afraid to mess with it at this point
Might try something like a silicon baking pan. cut the sides off and stick it to the aluminum in the area where the oil pan is rubbing. Shouldnt be thick enough to cause any misalignment of your holes. It would probably stay put just from being squozzed between the two but getting it to stay in place whilst installing the panel would be fun.

Awesome! Great tip. Just ordered a flat one on Amazon.
Cheers!

Removed my panel for an oil change/baking pan addition and was able to weigh it. 8 lbs with the silicone cookie sheet. Rattle seems to be gone, although I haven't been able to drive it yet. I'll know for sure tomorrow

I haven't really investigated under my car yet, but just seeing some of what y'all have done got me thinking.
I work for a large HVAC company and we have an incredible sheetmetal shop. We have sheets and coils of many different gauges/finishes of sheetmetal, with plasma cutters, brakes, etc. I don't know if fabbing a continuous panel the length of the car is possible or wise, but if it is, my shop could build it. Any thoughts? Maybe sections are the only way to go, I really don't know?
Kenny, you will need to remove 8 bolts to change the oil when I replace the entire lower panel. I replaced all my little plastic push pins with aluminum Honda bolts. I don't change my oil till 10k so it really doesn't bother me at all.
I'm going to assume your campaign signs are made from coroplast, those should be great for the rear panels but I would not try it for the front panel due to engine heat.
10k is a very long interval. did you ever get an oil analysis done to track the oil's condition after being run that long?
