Has anyone done this? Links?

I do have a 25kw controller on hand, however i thought id ask before trying

It's certainly been postulated/discussed but I don't think anyone has ever tried it, might be wrong. Try some searches on here. What controller is it model number? data sheet?

At 25kw I think you will be either at or beyond the magnetic saturation and possible rotor demagnetisation point, I would suggest limit yourself to 20kw and see how it holds up.

I suggest start at 15kw then increment power in 1kw jumps checking that motor output power actually increases as expected as input power increases. It is possible to monitor the waveforms with a decent scope to see when saturation is occuring. Google some examples.
