Default HTRS Signal

Anybody know what it does?

Its an input to the Climate Control system, coming from the ECM.

Its B8 at the CCS, C531-10, and A23 at the ECM.

I have a feeling it has to do with autostop. Anybody know for sure?

Heater standby signal (HTRS)
Sheet 60-6 in HVAC climate control. It's used to limit heater usage while the engine is below 100F.

Here are some other connections between ECM-ACM:
Engine ready signal (ENGRDY)
Fan control (FANC)
