Default battery compartment temp data Insight Gen1

This is old stuff. Back before there were all the goodies we have available to us now. Back when we were just adding pancake fans to the vent behind the seat to help cool the battery.

battery compartment temps

Just something to look at.

Hi Randall MIMA # 5

Interesting to see that the MPI was hotter than the battery. We don't tend to pay much attention to that part of the IMA
Do you have any spread sheets from your data taking on your engine blanket test?
That would be interesting to look at.

It will be interesting as we get further along into the OBDIIC&C development. MDM(MPI) temp as well as DC-DC temp is available.

Hey Mike, you've been a busy man.

Yes,
I recently updated the first post in the blanket exposed thread, with some links to Mediafire. There is a bunch of the data sheets there for a couple of the old projects. Watch for page tabs at the bottom. Some have multiple sheets.
