Default Anyone replace missing plastic cup behind the door speakers

I pruchased my 2002 insight and noticed the plastic cups behind the door panel are missing due to PO intalling aftermarket speakers. Anyone repaired this with something in the past? If so what did they use and how did it adhere to the door or point me to the thread please Thinking of a butterbowl not sure how to mount though????

Use a speaker baffle.

DEI 050330 Boom Mat 6.5" Round Speaker Baffle - Pack of 2 : Amazon.com : Automotive DEI 050330 Boom Mat 6.5" Round Speaker Baffle - Pack of 2 : Amazon.com : Automotive

Cut a hole out of the bottom (side) to let air through / into the door while still keeping rain out.

Hah! I can vouch for that, I used to have a pair of 4" boston acoustics speakers silicone caulked into two old 5lb peanut butter tubs rolling around the back seat of my 66 VW bug. Stuffed them with paper towels to make it not sound sloppy.

Mmmmm radio...
