Has anyone attempted a Manual-IMA mod for the Civic Hybrid?

I found the thread here about the manual-IMA as I was searching for such a mod for the Civic Hybrid. There are a lot of situations I've been in where I've thought "it would be nice if I could get the assist to kick in harder, I could get much better mileage" Such situations include very steep inclines that are not very long, I could go a bit heavier on the assist and not rev my engine so high, and still have plenty of battery pack to spare.

I was wondering if anybody here knew of anyone who has attmepted the Manual-IMA for the Civic, this is something I'd be interested in looking into. I'm not even sure if it woudl be possible, as I don't konw if/how the IMA in the insight and the Civic are different, but I do know that both cars could have greatly benefitted Fuel Economy from the mod.

I would need to get my hands on a civic hybrid service manual to even give an educated guess, and I do not know of anyone that has one. If one of the Civic hybrid owners have a service manual, copy and e-mail the IMA section to me and I will give an opinion.
